I’m Steve and hate writing my bio.
At this point in life I am semi-retired after 25 years in the IT industry as a systems engineer and now I’m self employed doing non-IT work. That said, I like to keep myself busy tinkering with new technologies, apps and tools as I come across them. This site is part of that exploration, specifically learning to use the Hugo static site generator. I have also tried Nikola but prefer to write in Markdown as opposeded to the reStructuredText markup (I am aware Nikola supports Markdown but it seems geared toward RST).
